1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fj999 ("fj999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at fj999.io, including all associated services, games, betting products, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Services").

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on fj999. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are prohibited. fj999 may merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and may void any bonuses or winnings generated through accounts in excess of one per player.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. fj999 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including but not limited to withdrawal delays caused by incorrect payment details.

3.3 Account Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 3.4 Account Currency

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by fj999 are subject to individual offer terms that specify, at minimum: the bonus amount or type, the qualifying deposit requirement (if any), the wagering requirement, the minimum odds or game contribution rates applicable, the time limit for meeting wagering requirements, and any maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Until that requirement is satisfied, your withdrawable balance consists only of real-money funds that have not been mixed with active bonus funds. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules shall prevail for that bet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

All content on fj999.io — including but not limited to the fj999 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fj999 or its licensed content suppliers. No part of the fj999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or exploited in any form without the prior written consent of fj999.

Game titles, artwork, and related intellectual property made available through third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others remain the property of their respective owners and are used on fj999 under licence. fj999 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

9 Privacy & Data

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been met in full prior to closure.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. fj999 will engage in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
